oh and i found my christmas movie for the year...

in general. so i love the dvr. hate the cable company but love the product. at any rate, i just finished watching a show i dvr'ed called The Human Camera on bbc america. it is about an autistic savant who can look at something for about 10 minutes and then recreate it with only his memory. this same someone didn't actually really talk until at least the age of six but as soon as the people around him realized he could draw, they would give him paper to draw on. and the drawings are amazing. incredibly amazing. go here to see the panorama he drew from memory after a 15 minute helicopter ride... go here and here to see something that i saw but wouldn't have been able to draw for anything in the world.

amazing. makes me want to travel even more. like i've missed even the things that i've seen so far...

i would just like the ladies out there to remember to vote. this movie won't just make you want to vote, it will make you feel obligated. get out there this november. but don't forget to look at the issues. and understand them.

we need to get out in record numbers this year.
